PERFIL MARIO

PhD in Production Engineering (Product Innovation and Customer Integration) from the Federal University of São Carlos (2010). He has experience in the development of Technological Innovation projects carried out by the Center for Characterization and Development of Materials at UFSCar together with ABM, Vale and Volkswagen. He was president of the Institute of Innovation and Product Development Management (2014-2015). He was editor of the journal “Product: Management & Development” in the period 2016-2019. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Graduate Program in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Science and Engineering at UFRN, where he teaches, researches and trains human resources in ‘Product Engineering’, ‘Innovation and optimization of processes’, ‘management of innovation projects’ and ‘global coordination of value chains’. He is Coordinator and Founder of the research group [CREATION-Innovation of products and processes in renewable energy value chains (wind, solar and hydrogen)]. He is adjunct representative of UFRN in the Thematic Chamber of HR Training of the National Hydrogen Program-PNH2. He is part of the working group for Themes in which he works: Innovation and optimization of Products and Processes in Global Operations Networks; Production and Value Chains of Wind Energy, Solar Energy and Green Hydrogen.
